7. Product Prices All prices shown in our catalogs include VAT (24%). These prices apply to quantities currently available in our warehouse; LAINAS I. NIKOLAOS reserves the right to adjust prices. Prices listed on the website are in Euros and include all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer; they are displayed during the ordering process and added to the price of the selected products at the final stage of the order. The company reserves the right to modify the prices of products on the website at any time, but it guarantees that the prices displayed on the website at the time you place your order will be the ones applied.

8. Applicable Law All transactions you conduct via www.lainas.gr are governed by International and European law regulating matters related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003), as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates matters concerning distance sales. The courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

9. Product Returns A. Defective Products: In the event of any defect in a product, the customer may notify the company—either by phone (2109636031) or via email (lainas@lainas.gr)—specifying the defect. If the product is confirmed to be defective, the customer may request either a refund (issued via the same payment method used for the original order, including the reimbursement of courier charges) or a replacement of the product. In the case of a defective product, the costs for the return and the reshipment are borne by the company.

B. Right of Withdrawal (Non-defective products): In the case of a non-defective product (change of mind), it may be returned provided that: (a) The product is returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of its receipt. (b) The packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition (sealed)—this applies particularly to electronic items. (c) The product is accompanied by all necessary documentation (receipt/invoice).

In this case (withdrawal), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the product to our premises (G. Gennimata 25, Glyfada). The company is required to refund the value of the product within fourteen (14) days of receiving the cancellation request, provided that the products have been returned.
