Payment Methods

Payment for your order is made either before or upon delivery of the products and can be completed via one of the following methods:

1. Cash on Delivery: Payment to the courier company’s delivery person upon arrival of the products at your door.

  • Service Fee: €3

  • Note: In accordance with current tax regulations, documents for transactions exceeding €500 (including VAT)—whether issued to private individuals (Retail Receipt) or business professionals (Sales Invoice)—must be settled exclusively via banking methods (card payment or bank deposit).

2. Payment by Credit/Debit Card

We accept all credit, debit, and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover). All card-based payments are processed through our partner bank’s electronic payment platform, which utilizes TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can then decode it using the appropriate key. Our business does not collect or store your card details in any way.

3. Bank Account Deposit You can pay for your order by depositing the amount into one of the company’s bank accounts listed below. ATTENTION: You must include your Full Name and Order Number in the payment reference (reason for deposit) so that your payment can be identified immediately.

After making the deposit, please send us the transaction receipt via email at: lainas@lainas.gr so that we can dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Your order will not be shipped until the funds appear in our account.
