Ordering Methods

1. Online Order (E-shop) To place an online order, simply find the product(s) you are interested in at www.lainas.gr (ensure you have selected the correct models and technical specifications), add them to your cart, and specify the desired quantity.

Next, follow the ordering steps by providing the following information:

  • Your details (Full Name, Address, Telephone Number).

  • The type of document you require (Retail Receipt or Invoice).

  • Your preferred payment method (Cash on Delivery, Bank Deposit, or Credit/Debit Card).

  • Your preferred delivery method (In-store pickup or Courier delivery).

Finally, select “Complete Order”.

Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, as well as update e-mails regarding the progress of your shipment.

2. Telephone Order You may place your order by phone by calling us at 210 9636031. Our team will be happy to assist you, process your order, and answer any questions you may have regarding the products.

3. Order via E-mail Alternatively, you can send us your order via e-mail at lainas@lainas.gr. Please include the following information in your message:

  • The product codes or descriptions, along with the quantities you wish to order.

  • Billing and shipping details (Full Name/Company Name, Address, City, Postal Code, Mobile Phone Number).

  • If you require an invoice, please provide your Tax Identification Number (AFM), Tax Office (DOU), and profession/business activity.

4. Store Pickup For all ordering methods, you have the option to collect your order from our physical location—subject to confirmation of availability—at the following address: 25 G. Gennimata St., Glyfada, Postal Code 16562.
